Skarpa Insurance Agency is a family owned and operated, full lines insurance agency in Liberty County. We were founded in 1992 by Felix Skarpa and have continued to grow by providing our clients the best possible service and many options to meet their insurance needs. Current agency Principal, Steven Skarpa, is a lifelong area resident and graduate of the University of Houston.
